Great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! We needed a pre-purchase inspection before buying a vehicle for my wife. Although I had never used them before, their reputation gave me the confidence to trust them with the inspection. They provided a thorough report, outstanding customer service, and helped give us peace of mind before making such an important purchase. A big thank you to Ryan and the entire team for taking great care of us. Highly recommend! The Boyd family

I had an outstanding experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Alpharetta/Milton. From the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and communicated with me throughout the repair process. They thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about helping me. When their shuttle wasn’t available, they arranged and paid for an Uber so I could pick up my vehicle. Then, after I accidentally left my keys and gate fob in the Uber, their team went above and beyond trying to help me retrieve them, even spending time contacting Uber on my behalf. It’s rare to find a business that treats customers with this level of kindness and integrity. I felt cared for throughout the entire experience, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone looking for honest, professional, and compassionate service. Thank you again to everyone on the team!

The Christian Brothers are the best! It was easy to make an appointment online. I came in, told them about the rattling in my car, and they were able to fix it so easily. The team is so friendly and kind. Ryan was awesome. Communicated with me about when updates were happening and then coordinated my pickup. They also had a complimentary shuttle. Service couldn’t have been better! I typically dread going to get work done on my car, but this place will change your mind. Will 100% go back!

I coordinated a pre purchase in section with Josh. He assisted me and got me the information that I needed! I am from out of town but he remembered our conversations and provided above and beyond assistance. I would feel very confident leaving my car in their hands for any problem. I can’t recommend enough!

I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers for what should have been a straightforward oil pump valve replacement, something they claim to handle regularly. The repair cost me over $2,500, and ever since getting my car back, it’s been nothing but problems. Immediately after the repair, the engine started running noticeably louder than before. Not long after that, I began experiencing overheating issues something I have NEVER dealt with prior to their work. Concerned, I had no choice but to take my car to Mercedes for a second opinion, and now I’m facing another repair bill of nearly $3,000 on top of what I already paid. I also had to go back the following day the repair was completed because every time the car was turned on, there was a loud clunking noise coming from the engine. I was told one of the bolts was not tightened. That’s lovely. At this point, it’s hard not to question their competence with this type of vehicle. If they’re not experienced working on German cars, they should be upfront about it and decline jobs that are beyond their expertise. What was supposed to be a routine $3,000 repair has now turned into a $6,000 nightmare. I would strongly caution others with
